Return Authorization Required
Do not return any product without written authorization from TerraWulf Support. Unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed, or subject to additional handling and storage charges.
Non-Quality Returns
A TerraWulf electric off-road motorcycle may be eligible for return within seven calendar days after confirmed delivery only when it has not been ridden, has no signs of use or assembly damage, remains suitable for resale, and is returned with the complete original packaging, charger, tools, manuals, keys, and accessories.
· The customer is responsible for all return freight, inspection, repackaging, warehouse handling, and other actual return-related charges.
· If the product is damaged in return transit, the resulting loss may be deducted from the refund.
· Products reported after seven calendar days, products with mileage or riding marks, and products that cannot be resold as new are not eligible for a no-reason return.
· Clearance, final-sale, customized, used, refurbished, and separately identified non-returnable items are not eligible unless required by law.
Return Evidence and Packaging Requirements
1. Contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] and provide the order number, reason for return, and clear photographs or video showing the product condition.
2. Before repacking, clean the frame, controls, wheels, fenders, and other exposed areas. Dirt or contamination may reduce the refund.
3. Photograph the product, the interior packaging arrangement, and all included accessories.
4. After packing, photograph all six sides of the sealed carton and the new return label covering the original shipping label.
5. Use the approved carrier and retain a signed collection receipt or acceptance scan. Trackable and insured freight is strongly recommended.
Quality-Related Returns and Remedies
For a major non-user-caused defect reported within seven calendar days after delivery—such as a verified motor failure, battery failure, structural frame failure, or extensive shipping damage that prevents normal use—TerraWulf may authorize a return, replacement, or refund after reviewing evidence and inspecting the product.
For other verified defects, TerraWulf will normally provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair guidance, or another reasonable remedy rather than authorize a full-bike return. Once the customer accepts replacement parts, repair support, or compensation for a reported issue, the matter will be treated as a repair resolution and the same issue will generally no longer qualify for a full-bike return.
If inspection does not confirm the reported defect, the customer may be responsible for freight, product depreciation, inspection, repair, repackaging, and handling costs.
Incorrect Description, Wrong Item, or Missing Parts
· A materially incorrect product or wrong item must be reported within five business days after delivery with clear photographs.
· Missing accessories or parts must be reported within five business days after delivery with photographs of the product, packaging, and all contents received.
· When TerraWulf confirms responsibility, TerraWulf may provide the missing item, replacement, reasonable compensation, or an authorized return.
Refund Timing
After an authorized return is delivered and inspected, TerraWulf will notify the customer whether the return is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less applicable charges and deductions. TerraWulf generally initiates the refund within five business days after inspection; the customer’s bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact TerraWulf Support and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve delivery, return, or warranty issues before initiating a payment dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested using order, delivery, communication, inspection, and product-condition records.
