One-Year Limited Warranty
TerraWulf Sport provides the original retail purchaser with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in covered TerraWulf electric off-road motorcycles and covered original components. The warranty begins on the date the original purchaser receives the product.
|
Confirm the warranty duration and component schedule with the manufacturer before publishing. The internal distributor terms support free replacement parts during the warranty period but do not define a complete component-by-component consumer schedule. |
Eligibility
The product must have been purchased from terrawulfsport.com or an authorized TerraWulf seller.
The claimant must provide the original order number or other acceptable proof of purchase.
The product serial number must be intact and unaltered.
Warranty coverage is for the original retail purchaser and is not transferable unless TerraWulf approves otherwise in writing.
Purchasers must be at least 18 years old. Riders must comply with the age, supervision, and use requirements shown on the product page and in the owner’s manual.
Covered Remedy
After remote diagnosis and review of required evidence, TerraWulf may, at its discretion, repair the defective component, provide a replacement component, replace the product with the same or a functionally comparable product, or provide another remedy required by applicable law. Replacement parts may be new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent. Color and cosmetic appearance may vary based on availability.
Unless expressly approved in writing, labor, third-party diagnosis, installation, disassembly, transportation, towing, loss of use, and incidental expenses are not covered. Customers must not arrange paid repairs and expect reimbursement without prior written authorization.
How to Submit a Claim
Contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] with the order number, model, serial number, current mileage or operating hours, and a detailed description of the issue.
Provide clear photographs and video showing the complete product, reported defect, display readings, wiring or connectors when relevant, and any requested diagnostic steps.
Stop using the product if continued operation may create a safety risk or additional damage.
Follow TerraWulf’s troubleshooting, testing, packaging, and return instructions. TerraWulf will not ship replacement parts before reviewing sufficient evidence.
Shipping Damage and Initial Defects
Shipping damage, wrong items, and missing parts must be reported within five business days after delivery. Other initial quality concerns should be reported within seven calendar days. Failure to preserve the packaging or provide timely evidence may limit carrier recovery and available remedies.

Battery Safety
Use only the approved charger and follow the owner’s manual. Do not charge a damaged, swollen, leaking, unusually hot, wet, or modified battery. Store the battery in a dry, ventilated location away from heat and combustible materials, and maintain the required state of charge during long-term storage. Immediately discontinue use and contact TerraWulf Support if the battery emits smoke, odor, heat, unusual noise, or fluid.
Legal Limitations
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
